Computer &
Digital Literacy
Our digital literacy program introduces participants to basic computer knowledge, enabling them to access technology and online tools with confidence. The aim is to bridge the digital divide and provide equal opportunities in education, employment, and daily life through practical computer training.

We provide computer training to girls & women of all age groups, with a focus on basic digital literacy, including typing, internet usage, email communication, and familiarization with productivity software like MS Office. Classes are structured to ensure that even first-time users can gain comfort and competence in using a computer.
The purpose of this program is to ensure that no one is left behind in today’s fast-evolving digital world. With technology becoming an essential part of daily life—from applying for jobs and accessing government schemes to online education and communication—being digitally literate is a critical life skill. Unfortunately, a large section of rural and economically challenged communities remains digitally disconnected.
By learning how to use computers confidently, our students open doors to better job opportunities, educational tools, and social awareness. It empowers youth to apply for online jobs, enhances students’ research capabilities, and enables homemakers and elders to access services with independence. Overall, digital literacy builds inclusion, efficiency, and self-reliance.
