Our welding skill training program provides young men and women with industrial-grade training in welding, metal fabrication, safety protocols, and blueprint reading. Training is conducted in a structured workshop with real tools and machines used in professional environments, under expert guidance.

The initiative was introduced to meet the growing demand for skilled welders in manufacturing, construction, and fabrication sectors. Many youths, especially in rural areas, are unemployed despite being willing to work. Welding is a high-demand skill that doesn’t require a college degree but offers a stable, respectable income. We aim to bridge that gap by turning ambition into ability.

Graduates of this program are equipped to take up jobs in industries or even start their own services. It not only provides immediate livelihood but also boosts industrial growth by supplying qualified labour. For many participants, this becomes their gateway to a career path they never thought was accessible.
